Most of the 1- and 2-star reviews complain that it died after a few months. The 4- and 5-star reviews all seem to be happiness immediately after purchase. Not everyone will go back and do a review months or years later, when the problems begin. Thank you. (My last microwave, a Panasonic, lasted me 20 years.)”

works as well as it did the first day of service. Would have preferred a less stiff door opening button because the entire unit moves when attempting to open the door due to the force necessary to push the button. Sometimes the buttons on the control panel need to be pushed more than once for a response.

My plate broke, so I’m trying to finding a replacement and getting the info on the right plate is proving to be more annoying than it should be. That’s my only complaint though!
