Once the room temperature gets out the range, it can affect the cycling of the compressor (cooling process), by giving false readings to the units internal thermostat. Danby recommends selecting a location with reasonable year round temperatures. It should be noted that this refrigerator is intended for indoor residential use and exposure to extreme temperatures may damage the appliance and void the warranty.

Please try again later.I wouldn’t use it in outdoors weather, because I use it in a guestroom to store a vitamins in an un-heated and un-airconditioned room and it only cools to 38 to 42 degrees at The Max cooling setting, so in hot weather it will not have enough cooling capacity to keep things cold.
