• from when i'm answering my dear friend you cannot pre-order due to them maybe not having them in stock or not being able to pre-order because 343 hasn't allowed it yet. my speculation is that you might be able to pre order in the next 1 to 2 weeks its just a guess so you should really keep an eye on the figure if you already dont.
