QuestionI want you to use the built in rear camera, the one used when backing. The instructions indicate that the existing wiring to the rear camera needs to be modified. (i.e. Spliced) in order to do this. This is my wife's BMW, if we mess up I'm a dead man!

- Answer They do this intentionally. The easiest way that I found is to schedule it on their website. You basically get the same access to scheduling as the Best Buy rep. It's annoying that you have to go this way, but it's definitely the best option.
