“I am going to buy a new Laptop and need all my data/programs transferred. Can they do this so it looks just like what I'm using now? Or do I have to redownload my Microsoft office for the License? Also, would like to use old comp, will I be able to?”

No, this service is for the transference of data only, for example, photos, videos and music.
