“Hello, Does this option transfer my current software (word, excel, etc.) from my old laptop to my new one? What about internet explorer, outlook? Basically is your new laptop completely transferred over? I have a bunch of files and pictures as well.”

They were able to transfer my pictures, videos, and Word docs. They cannot transfer Word or Excel, you have to buy the new version then they can install it. They did not transfer my music which was a pain. You should double check with them on what they transferred over. But in the end, highly worth it.
