“I have a PC desktop that is hard to boot to the OS. I figure the hard drive is failing. Can you take the PC and transfer the data to a new hard drive? The PC has an HDD drive and I would need to purchase a new one when I drop the PC off. Let me know.”

I had a drive that was failing, and I requested them to clone the drive. They said they would but no programs, files or printer drivers were cloned, just basically the windows license. I was disappointed.
