They probably can, just give them a call at your nearest best Buy store and ask them.
It's always better to talk directly with a service provider, especially if it involves high tech.

No never need it at all. Everything was put back from were it was on(from) my old laptop. But did not put my WebRoot as reinstiled as it was spose to. But called the Geek Squad on the phone we set it up.
