“I have a computer that no longer works. Is it possible to transfer the files from the C drive on that computer to a flash drive? I desperately need to retrieve those files. So basically I am looking for whatever way is possible to do this.”

The Geek Squad successfully transferred data from my old hard drive to my new laptop without a problem!
