• I had to leave my desktop for a week because Best Buy was busy. Defiantly worth the time. My hard drive crashed and they were able to save and transfer all of my files. Cost was $100.

• Hi, Depending on the store but, prepare for two days or longer, any personal specifications should be submitted in writing, if there's more than one, simple task, I got a better job done after the completion, by subscribing to the annual Support option and, by calling them on the phone and, letting them taking over the computer, regards.
