I don’t own a BluRay player and it’s my son’s grad video from Boot. They told me which equipment I had to buy (from Best Buy’s of course) and to bring it all to them with my computer and they would do it. I never laughed so hard in my life! If I buy all the equipment, what do I need them for? So GeekSquad is a sales pitch? I don’t want to buy all that crap for one disc! Does anyone in this company have any clue what their so called “GeekSquad” is capable of? My 8 year old can rip a disc if I have the player. Maybe they should give him a job! My experience in the past with GeekSquad has been less than impressive. And this situation was no different!
