Does this come with the updated Joy-Lock grips? null

Yes it did. Mine stay firmly planted and won't come off. It does on the other hand feel heavier and you can tell its causing extra stress on the magnets. I wouldn't recommend holding it with one hand by one of the joycons. After doing this repeatedly while I played the system it does appear that one of the joycons is starting to get wobbly. It does not come out but it is wobbly.

The grips that it brings are very similar to an Xbox grip it wraps right around your fingers

Yes they included the new grips.
