Assuming you are pre-ordering, I believe you'll receive an email containing a digital code to redeem the item on PSN. You'll likely receive that email within a few days of your game's shipment. Allow a week or so, though. If nothing happens, head over to the Best Buy Support forums to ask for assistance. They have a process by which they can resolve this particular issue. It has worked for me in the past.
