“Is there a phone number for customer support. It will not connect to my wifi. I have Cox Gigablast with Panoramic WiFi so no issue with reaching the modem and it is less than 20 feet from this modem.”

Does your network run on 2.4 gh? This camera need's a 2.4 gh. Most modems have both a 2.4 and 5.0.
