“Am I correct in thinking that this camera can be connected directly to a TV/monitor and it is always on, and not motion detector only? Is this only available on line or can it be purchased in store?”

Hello Dana, thanks for your interest in Defender! This camera requires a DVR in order to be viewed on a television or monitor. Motion detection is an option available during set up of the unit along with live viewing. At this time, this product is only available online.
