“I have brand new two BP920 one keeps turing off the built in sub woofer automatically. Its some times the left or right. The led light stays red not blinking have to unplug till red goes off re plug blue is back bass is on then one will go off again.”

If your front speakers are set to large and are feeding the BP-9020 bass section via RCA, be sure to set the Bass output to LFE+Main.
