“I thought all the speakers go to the receiver, however, I notice there are spots to plug into the sub... Which speakers go to the sub as there is not enough spots for all five? Thank you!”

Definitive suggest to types of connections as listed below 1. Connect Front Left and Right Channels of Av Receiver to Sub. Then Connect Front right and Left Satellite speaker to Sub. This is why you can find 2 input and 2 Out put plug posts on the Sub. All other (Center, Rear right, Rear left and Sub woofer) will be connected directly from AV receiver. This connection is preferred by definitive as it takes advantage of dynamic LFE control 2. Connect front right and front left satellite speakers directly to AV receiver. I hope this helps

Please try again later.Yes, all the speakers go to the receiver per method #2 on the owner's manual and the RCA-to-RCA low-level cable to connect the LFE/subwoofer out on your receiver to the LFE input on your subwoofer, the only hook-up to the subwoofer (just red or white audio cable/ same color to subwoofer and receiver).
