“We putrchased the definitive soundbar 3 years ago. We recently started hearing popping/crackling noise/ sound stopped completely today. We rebooted system. Reset WI-Fi and reset to factory settings and changed battery in remote. Still no sound. Any help?”

Have had to turn in my sounder twice for high pitched squealing noise, all they are offering is to repair it

Definitive Technology is aware of all the electronic faults with their equipment and they have so many problems they don't want to make it right! Rude customer service reps and long waiting times on the phone! Discouraging when you spend so much money and they treat you like a pain in the butt . . .
