The Dell P2425H includes a DisplayPort–to–DisplayPort (DP‑to‑DP) cable in the box. So if your tower does not have a DisplayPort output, the included cable will not fit. The P2425H accepts: HDMI 1.4 DisplayPort 1.2 VGA (older). So, you can connect it using HDMI or DisplayPort, depending on what your Lenovo PC has.
