I don’t think you’d get the benefits of the nvidia g-sync or 3d out of it. As far as I know consoles can’t run higher than 60hz refresh. So unless you intend on building a gaming pc, this is more than you need.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The monitor doesn't have any internal speakers so you'll want to keep that in mind. You also won't be able to take advantage of the full resolution or frame rate of the monitor since I believe the Xbox One S only outputs games in 1080p and HDMI is capped at 60hz. Its a good PC gaming monitor but I feel it is a bit overkill for an Xbox One S.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These are great monitors, I’ve got theee of them for my PC setup, but they may be a little over kill for a Xbox 1 S. I’d personally recommend saving some money and looking at something like a BenQ monitor for console gaming. If you think you’ll get a PC eventually or if you’ve just got the extra money and really want it, this monitor would be great. The downside to this monitor is there’s no built in audio. If you’re wanting to play without headset/external audio, I would definitely look at other options.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will need a separate set of speakers for this monitor, and you'll need to buy a device that splits the signal from the HDMI into a separate output.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This monitor supports both Display Ports as well as a traditional HDMI port which means you could absolutely hook up an Xbox One S to this monitor and it will look great at 1440p resolution.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, xbox does not support GSync, it would be a waste of money. It also doesn't play the vast majority of games above 60fps, so that would be a waste too. I recommend a more reasonable one like this SKU: 5770302
