“directly below the monitor in the description "ips technology" provides vibrant color... in large print! but i dig through & open the performance section section way below in the fine print under "ips technology" there is a tiny "no"???”

• The monitor is a TN panel not an IPS panel.

• It's a TN panel with all the pros and cons of that monitor tech. After calibration I think the colors look great. Full disclosure I have never gamed on an IPS display though.
