• The D and the DX are the same monitor, but the DX ships with an HDMI cable in the box. It's kinda lame, but that's the only difference

• The U2719DX monitor comes with an LCD screen and the U2719D is built with a LED screen. Their weight is different from each other. U2719DX weighs 13.14 pounds and U2719D weighs 17.95 pounds. However, their dimension is the same, 24.1×7.09×20.48 inches. The U2719DX monitor is better than U2719D for gaming.
