I have mine running 100%. I turned off throtling. I turned off power saving. It never ever goes to sleep. I don't ever lay "MUCH" anything on the keyboard. I had several papers on it for it a few hours and it overheated and crashed in my configuration. If I have little or nothing on it; it never crashes. 100% reliabile in this configuration. This is what it has looked like for weeks/months. Yes I know should not do. This computer is a tank. It just keeps going.

Games consuming very high system resource, tend to increase the system temperature. The cooling system in the laptop is excellent and can handle most of the extensive tasks.
