Best Buy offers a 15-day return period for most products, including refurbished items. This period is extended to 30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and to 45 days for Elite Plus members. Marketplace sellers have their own return/exchange guidelines though, so you'll need to contact the Marketplace seller directly for policy information relating to their products.
