this PC has offices software included? null

After hours on the phone, it seems clear that Office 365 is only a trial version for 30 days. Best Buy says the card should be in the box if one year is included. It wasn't in my box. Dell says the computer is shipped without a card, just a trial offer. I suggest if this is important to you, to open the box while at the store and have the staff explain where this software card is if not in the box. I suspect this is a new product and even Best Buy doesn''t realize this card is not in the box. Note that on the box itself, it says "Microsoft Office 365" IS included. Not a "trial", like the anti-virus software right above it says. So I am confused..is it included or not?

This was a must for me, It comes with a ONE-YEAR subscription with all Microsoft Office programs. You will need to install it once you start setting the laptop up. It's simple! I use Word and PowerPoint!

The ad CLEARLY says includes Microsoft Office... personal... one year subscription. One way or another, Best Buy must honor this, no matter what Dell says. Take a screenshot (I did) and keep.it.

I clicked on windows logo, usually in lower left corner of your screen, clicked on rectangular Microsoft Office App usually towards the right side of screen, which will direct you to their Microsoft Office screen then I clicked install the personal Microsoft Office for home use and one computer. One year subscription added to my monthly subscription. so I'm good until 2017 for one year and one partial month since I am a subscriber. Perhaps Best Buy Geek squad may be able to assist you.
