• No, they are all non-serviceable. However you can install a high speed micro SD card for extra storage.

• RAM is now soldered in. I don't think an average user would be able to replace it now that it is not a simple task to just clip it in.

• This laptop is Intel Celeron 3050 motherboard much like many other higher price laptops. Go to Intel to get the full specs.
