SSD is faster read and write speed, more reliable and more expensive and HDD is slower read and write speed, less reliable and it make noisy due to spinning disk and cheaper.

What you are doubtless seeking is the difference between SSD AND HDD, something YOU CAN JUST GOOGLE. THIS FORUM IS FOR QUESTIONS SPECIFIC TO THE ITEM FOR SALE. Anyway, in addition to the differences mentioned by BhanuPrasad: "SSD" is a drive with no moving parts, unlike HDD (hard disc drives), which have spinning platters, like an old-style record player. "No moving parts" means less electricity used and less heat produced. They are also smaller even than the 2.5" in. drives used in laptops (they can be smaller than a stick of gum!).
