Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I assume, like someone who asked a similar question, that you are confusing SAFE BOOT with S MODE. They are two completely unrelated attributes. Safe boot can be performed on any Windows computer, while S mode is only found on specific Windows Home installations, and this NOT one of those; it just has regular, vanilla Windows Home OS.
