- Answer I purchased one today. I was able to easily change the OS from Windows 10 S to Windows Home. I then used an old license I had to move to Pro. The free move is to Windows 10 Home.

- Answer I purchased and picked one up today. There is no internal CD or DVD. You will need to attach an external USB attached DVD/CD. I attached an external drive to load software (After I changed the OS from the Windows 10 S to Windows 10 Home)

- Answer I presume it does as I get great sound from it. I like it as I can easily turn off the sound if I want from the buttons or make it louder or softer. The visible buttons for doing so are at the top line on the keyboard.
