- Answer No, bag is not included. It comes in a cardboard box in which the laptop and power supply by itself is a tight fit. But, any standard laptop bag would be able to fit this computer.

QuestionHow can I make international characters like umlauts w no key padI teach German online, need to create umlauts, but cannot do that on this new laptop. Tried <alt> 0252 and also holding down <SHIFT><CTRL> keys simultaneously, then typing the u, but neither works. Since there is no 10-key pad, I cannot use NUM LOCK; it's not there.

- Answer The PC does not come with what is now becoming outdated DVD Drive. Purchase an inexpensive USB DVD Drive. Works perfect. I went all out and bought a Blu Ray writer / reader drive. Works perfect!
