This is for the Dell representative: Thank you for your prior answer, but I a more precise explanation. I said "TO ADD" a hard drive, not to switch or to get informed about the capabilities or this laptop. When you say that it "supports" a hard drive up to 2TB, what are you exactly saying? Does the laptop has already the mounting bracket and the proper ventilation's capabilities, or the answer is more like: "theoretically could host another hard drive, but there is nothing ready for it on this computer"?
