- Answer The camera quality is excellent, IMHO. We use it to skype with our son and granddaughter all the time. Not at all slow with either youtube or skype, but I really think that depends on your service provider and the speed they offer, not your computer.

QuestionI have Office 2013 on my current laptop. I still have the license # for it. Can this be transferred to this computer? Same for Malwarebytes Premium, which is the paid subscription. Won't be doing this myself. Will have to take to my computer guy.

- Answer Apart from the trial version of Microsoft Word", Windows "Word Pad" is included as part of the Windows 10 operating system. (Click on the "Start" button > scroll down to find the "Windows Accessories" tab in the programs list/menu > "Word Pad".) But if you need something more intricate, there are other free programs online (such as "Libre Office", a program similar to and compatible with "Microsoft Word") that function well on this laptop.

- Answer Not very well with 4GB RAM...recommend you get the 4GB upgrade to bring it to 8 GB...($112 in addition not including installing it)

- Answer This is not a game laptop beyond your very basic solitaire type games. I would suggest something with a faster processor. A solid state drive is a good investment as well.
