“I just purchased this model to play player unknown battlegrounds but the fps is only at 30 with medium settings unlike dells website showing battlefield playing at 60fps on high settings... anyone know what's going on?”

Try going to NVIDIA control setting and make it default or go to your games setting and change display setting which graphics is used?

Battlefield is a year old and made by EA who has a high budget and can afford to optimize their games. PUBG is made by an indie dev as a quick cash grab to get the twitch audience. Their game is in Steam early access and thus basically a beta. Maybe they optimize is down tbe road, but like most early access games who knows. The full release is slated for late 2017. It is coming to Xbox so it should run fine on this laptop. For now either lower your settings or get a desktop/more powerful laptop.
