“Seems to not run as good as it should... what can I do? I have a desktop with inferior specs but it’s really snappy and games like Overwatch play smooth. On this better laptop tho, programs take longer to open and Overwatch runs ‘weird’. What can I do?”

Return it as soon as you can before you get stock with this plague!!! In my personal experience I have nothing but problems with this pc... Wish I haven bought this!!!
