I can’t imagine any reason why it wouldn’t work. I did the SSD upgrade on a Toshiba laptop and it was a revelation. Start-up, shut-down and processing were so much faster. Opening programs like Word became instant. For internet and email, you may not see much of an improvement though, because they’re not particularly demanding operations. Your browser will start quicker though.
