“I don't know why Best Buy continues to show this as the first item on the list of available laptops. I have been trying to buy this laptop for 3 weeks and every time I add this to my "Cart" it says not available for delivery or store pickup.”

• I also ordered this laptop. Mine was approved then canceled Two hours later! Cust Svc claims; "problem with your payment" BULL! my credit card says no problem

• Yesterday I try buy this lap, I saw the price and it was on sale for cyber Monday, I bought it and after a few minutes the order was canceled

• Same thing happened to me. Went to bed with an email order confirmation. Checked the status today and it said canceled. When I called they said it was system glitch. Worst exp ever

• I think something may be wrong with your computer or location. I ordered it Monday with no problems and I'm picking it up in the store in a week. I also had the option of having it delivered to my house.
