Absolutely not. You'll need a laptop with a dedicated graphics card. MSI makes good gaming laptops for a relatively reasonable price.

Possibly if you download Nvidia GeForce Now. Look it up if you don't know about it. I have a mac and have GeForce Now and it allows fortnite to run at a high fps with high graphics.
