- Answer Hello! The 1TB HDD will be one drive. It is not partitioned. Because it has an SSD, you will see a second drive.

- Answer Hello! In reviewing the Citrix website, I don't see any specification requirements you would need to worry about. I do recommend reviewing their site for yourself. But this laptop should support their software.

- Answer You can turn off the TouchPad in the "devices" portion of the computer settings. There is an area exclusive to TouchPad in the options.

- Answer yes, we get the same complaints about not being heard, but i'm not sure if that is due to the laptop's microphone or to our placement in front of it. If enough people mention such a problem in the comments section, then i would take it seriously
