A:AnswerHello! This is an Inspiron 15 3000. You can find the series number in the model number or at the bottom of the page in the specifications. We have options for Inspiron 3000 or 7000 currently available. If you have any additional questions that I can help with, please let me know.
A:AnswerIt says in the manufacturer description:
"128GB M.2 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive + 1TB 5400 rpm 2.5" SATA Hard Drive and 8GB DDR4 memory" If it was a 2.5 Sata M.2 it would state it. So safe to say it's a standard.
A:AnswerIt is free to switch from S mode to Win10 Home. Do some googling and find a guide that will help walk you through the appropriate steps on YouTube.
A:AnswerIt doesn't look like you can replace the keyboard without major work. The backlight seems to require a special cable. More importantly it needs a connector on the motherboard which this version of the motherboard does not have installed. You can buy but the part but it would need to be soldered. I'm going to go the simple way and buy inexpensive letter labels for the keys.
