Q: QuestionWill this laptop play blu ray dvds? If so does it have a usb port to transfer music/movies?

• A:Answer Hello Chris! While this does have several USB ports, the DVD drive only plays DVDs and CDs. It does not recognize Blu Ray.

• A:Answer My 3793 came without an SSD drive, but I bought a 1 TB Crucial SSD and popped it in. Then I cloned the installed HDD to the SSD and made it the master drive with the OS cloned from the HDD. Works great and the upgrade only cost about $45.
