Do you have to buy and download Windows 10 separate? null

once you register to windows you should have the windows 10 already. I was also surprised when it asked for the windows 10 code but after signing in it installed the windows 10. I am not sure though if it is the same for users that did not have any computers that had windows 10 before this laptop because I read somewhere you can already install windows 10 on any computer as long as it recognizes your email as having already had one
