These days, hardly any computer ships with actual disks. This laptop does not ship with any physical disks either. Almost all drivers, etc. are accessible from Dell's website on a product-by-product basis. The laptop does ship with an internal DVD-RW drive and you can create your own install disk on DVD or USB drive from this Microsoft site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it didn't come with discs. But I'm a novice with computers and everything installed easily including Windows. I stayed with Windows 7 as long as I could because I didn't want Windows 8. I'm finding Windows 10 to be easy to use.
