“Does the laptop come with drivers and Windows install disc?”

These days, hardly any computer ships with actual disks. This laptop does not ship with any physical disks either. Almost all drivers, etc. are accessible from Dell's website on a product-by-product basis. The laptop does ship with an internal DVD-RW drive and you can create your own install disk on DVD or USB drive from this Microsoft site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

No, it didn't come with discs. But I'm a novice with computers and everything installed easily including Windows. I stayed with Windows 7 as long as I could because I didn't want Windows 8. I'm finding Windows 10 to be easy to use.
