Is the 4 gb ram expandable ? null

I visited the Crucial memory site and it scanned my computer and said there was one memory slot and that the computer could be upgraded to a maximum of 8GB of RAM. The cost is around $40. I plan to give it a shot.

Yes, it is possible to increase the RAM on this device, but it would require opening the device up which should only be done by someone that is comfortable with that type of work.
