Yes to all of the above - web-cam for video chat, compatible with a bluetooth mouse and connects easily to wireless printers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Get the Asus 2 in 1 instead. I bought this Dell unit initially and took it back 2 hrs later. Dell support was horrible, and this model has a ton of driver support issues with Win10 which is the OS Dell ships with it. It will probably work just fine with Win7 bit unless you are a semi-geek and know how to replace the Win10 OS with Win7 get a different unit that has proper Win10 driver support.
