- Answer Absolutely! I upgraded mine to 1TB and it works great. It uses the M.2 type SSD and not the regular SATA3 ones.

QuestionI just set-up and thought this is going to be perfect. As as I began to navigate, the cursor was sticking and freezing continuously until I had to shut it down. Very disappointed, what should I do ?

- Answer Go into settings and disable the touch screen. Looks like this is a problem in these devices.

QuestionDoes this laptop have a CD drive? can CD's be played ?

- Answer No, this laptop, as most 2-1's, does not have a cd/dvd drive. They are not included because they make the computer heavy and bulky and not suitable for a 2-1. You can, however, easily plug in an external cd/dvd drive which can be purchased for about $40.

QuestionI purchased this computer yesterday. When I saved my document I noticed the drop menus were all word 1997_2003. This made no sense to me. This is a trial version. Will a more recent version download when I make a purchase?

- Answer YES! I bought it for college and am really satisfied. This laptop would be great if you are just googling, reading articles, and doing assignments. I don't know about games and graphic stuff cuz I do not play PC games. I would recommend you get this laptop!
