No, the camera is not compatible with Windows Hello.  No driver update available to fix issue. Windows Hello will not work with this camera for facial recognition security login.

Check the camera under Device Manager for any error(s) and/or try the Troubleshooter for the camera. Otherwise, contact Dell directly. I've always had a good experience with their tech support while the device is under warranty.

1. First and foremost, there is no facial recognition potion. The only potion enclosed is the one that makes the woman or man you desire fall hopelessly in love with you.
2. For a Microsoft Windows Hello compatible camera, you need one that is infrared capable. There is no indication that the webcam that this laptop comes with has that feature. If you absolutely must have it, you could probably buy one separately that has this function, or just search Best Buy for "Windows Hello computer camera,"
3. The computer DOES have a fingerprint reader, which will work with Hello.
