- Answer No. It's not needed. Apple software programs (Keynote, Pages, Numbers) all work with Microsoft files. You're also able to create documents in these programs, and export corresponding Microsoft files.

QuestionDoes the a.c. charge cord have a 90 degree angle where it plugs into the P.C? I have replaced 2 power cords at $100 a p0p because my dell has a plug that bends and breaks.

- Answer The sound is horrible. Much worse than the sound quality from my cell phone. My last laptop was a Dell Studio made 7 or 8 years ago and it had really good sound. Thinking about returning this one.
