The SSD on this laptop is upgradeable. The battery on this laptop is not user-upgradeable. This laptop includes the following USB ports: Two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C with DisplayPort 1.4 and Power Delivery and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports. This laptop includes (2) tuned top-firing speakers and (2) up-firing speakers audio. For more details, we recommend contacting the Dell technical support team after the purchase.
