Can RAM be upgrade to 32GB or 64GB? null

It's terrible that I used it for several months and now I want to upgrade but it cannot.

The RAM on this laptop is not upgradeable.

I was ready to return this laptop after a month because it was hanging at 97% memory usage of the 16GB every time I went to install software. Then I looked at what was automatically starting at startup. I disabled what I didn’t need and it has been working great so far.
