Seems nonglare to me. There are two USB ports so I had to buy an extender. i don't think you can upgrade the memory - I had to buy an external drive to effectively do that.

Dell recommends Dell USB Slim DVD +/- RW Drive - DW316. This system has Three USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports with Power on/Wake-up support, One USB 3.1 Gen 2 port with PowerShare and One USB 3.2 Gen 2 (Type-C) port.
